From your first message to the moment you step on the floor — a clear, personal path. We plan backwards from your competition date.

Week 0 · Online
Share your vision
Complete the 5-step Bespoke Design Journey: your discipline, details, inspiration, competition date and budget. Upload photos, videos or Pinterest boards.
Week 1 · Gdynia or video
Private consultation
A one-to-one session with Agnieszka. We review your dancing, discuss shapes, colours and what your category's judges respond to.
Week 2–3
Design & quotation
Hand-drawn sketches, fabric swatches and a crystal map, with a fixed price. A 50% deposit confirms your place in the atelier calendar.
Week 3
Measurements
32 precise measurements taken in the atelier, or guided step-by-step over video with our printable measuring guide.
Week 4–10
Creation & fittings
Your creation is hand-made in Gdynia. One or two fittings — in person or with a toile shipped to you — tested in motion, with photo updates throughout.
Week 10–12
Worldwide delivery
Insured express shipping to Europe, the USA and Asia in a signature RP Atelier garment box — with care instructions and a final video check-in.
